Sunny Panda Returns Policy

At Sunny Panda, we strive to provide you with high-quality handmade gifts and jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact our customer support team here within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
